Since our formation in 1987 we have been involved in projects as diverse as tenement rehabilitation, design and build housing projects, international convention centres, a bridge, art museums, a bank, a petroleum port project, oil refineries, storage spheres, power stations and a goldfield treatment plant.
These projects have been throughout the United Kingdom and as far afield as Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Croatia, Aden, Libya and Ghana. All these contracts have involved work on behalf of contractors or subcontractors. The work for contractors and subcontractors has itself varied from contract to contract from pricing the initial estimate through material requisition, placement of subcontract orders, site supervision, post contract quantity surveying services, preparation and settlement of contractual claims and agreement of the final account.

Cost Control
When acting on behalf of contractors or subcontractors we believe that we can assist in ensuring that they recover their maximum entitlement under the contract, that their costs are properly and effectively reported and that they are defended from liquidated and ascertained damages and/or set-off charges. With our wide experience of national and international contracts we believe that cost control, claims prevention and claims defence are qualities that we can bring to our clients. We believe that it is this philosophy of protection by pro active means that has led our various clients to use our services on a regular and repeat basis.
Disputes, Claims and Adjudications
Claims cost all parties in a contractual relationship both time and money. Our expertise in running projects reduces the risk of claims being made. If a claim does arise we ensure that all contemporary records have been kept to aid the defence or offence. We undertake preparation and negotiation of contractual claims under all standard and bespoke conditions. Advice is given on heads of claim, damages, extension of time, disruption, loss or productivity, overheads, loss of profit and finance charges.
